WINNIPEG NIGHT MARKET 2020 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A) The Organizer will:
Produce the Winnipeg Night Market at the Outlet Collection Winnipeg LOT A, 555 STERLING LYON PARKWAY to take place on May 22, May 23, May 24, July 31, August 1 and August 2, 2020 open to the public from 4:00 pm through 11:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 2:00 pm through 9:00 pm on Sundays.
Provide for the vendor’s use a 10’ x 10’ space. Produce and distribute promotional material, advertising extensively through social media, posters, newspapers, radio and on the internet etc.
Provide overnight security on Friday and Saturday night. Although there will be a security presence we recommend that you leave only what you feel comfortable leaving. The Winnipeg Night Market and Indiexchange International are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Provide the vendor with 2 passes to get into and out of the event. Additional passes are available at the normal rate of $5.00 for the weekend. Food Stalls and Trucks 3 passes.
B) The Vendor will:
Not share booth with another vendor.
Provide own chairs, tables, display equipment, Wi-Fi, and tent or umbrella. All tents must be weighted down with 25 lbs weights per leg.
Payments will be made via- Email Transfer once application has been approved.

Light up their tents with battery operated camping lanterns and/or any kind of battery powered lighting that will brighten up your space. No burning candles or propane allowed onsite. Power is not provided.
Set-up from 9:00 am-3:00 pm on Friday. Anyone arriving at 3:30 will not be allowed into the market and will forfeit their spot. No refunds will be given. Vendors must stay the duration of the event. No dismantling earlier than 11:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 9:00 pm on Sundays.
Promote on social media and other ways available to you.
Respect your neighbors, volunteers, customers and organizers. Bad behavior will not be tolerated and you will be escorted out.
Abide by the rules and regulations of Manitoba Health Services as they pertain to the handling of food. All participants selling or sampling food must include a temporary food services establishment form.
Food Stalls power will be available for your use for warmers. We can not accommodate over 20 amps. If you need bigger amps please bring your own generator. Potable water available onsite. Please take gray water with you at end of each night.
Food Trucks no power will be available. Must run own generator. Please no disposing graywater onsite. Must take it with you and dispose elsewhere.
Keep area tidy and uncluttered. Stow away any extra items not being used around you out of public view. All garbage must be cleared before you leave and taken with you or dispose at the event bin.Food vendors please do not drag garbage bags to the bin. Always carry and dump to the dumpster. The area must be left the way you found it.
Release Indiexchange International and the Winnipeg Night Market and staff from any liability for any damage, loss, theft, breakage, aggression of other parties, bylaw infractions, legal charges or injury to property or persons. Each participant exhibits at his/her own risk. Complete all necessary forms and provide full payment upon registration to validate this agreement.
No refunds. The organizer will not be liable for refunds or any liabilities whatsoever if the festival is disrupted due to any act of God, strikes, statutes or any case beyond the organizer’s control. This is an outdoor event. Event will proceed regardless of weather- rain or shine. The organizer will not be held responsible for shelter, alternate indoor sights or alternate dates in the case of inclement weather.
